For customers seeking an environmentally responsible solution for on-site treatment of parts-washer solution, UES offers a portable solvent distillation unit that recycles used solvent and maintains a clean, ready-to-use solvent supply.
The portable solvent distillation unit
The unit cleans the solvent you already have, on site, and returns it to the washer.
The portable solvent distillation unit removes contaminated solvent from your parts washer and uses a patented, low-temperature vacuum distillation process to separate it into two components: clean, reusable solvent and waste oil. The purified solvent is returned to the parts washer for continued use, while the separated oil can be combined with your used oil for disposal.
The separated oil joins your used oil. We collect that too, and it goes to our own re-refinery in Peachtree City, Ga.

It joins your used oil stream, which we also collect, and which goes to our own re-refinery in Peachtree City, Ga.
