Universal Environmental Services Acquires Assets of Origin Baltimore Recycling and Origin Texas Recycling

Peachtree City, Georgia, USA, October 3, 2022 – Universal Environmental Services, LLC (“UES”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of Origin Baltimore Recycling LLC and Origin Texas Recycling LLC (collectively, “Origin Recycling”). Origin Recycling is an environmental services company focused on the collection, processing, and marketing of used oil and used oil-related services.

Origin Recycling provides services to Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. We are pleased to have also added seaside terminals to our services, allowing for the shipping and receiving of cargos on barges and deep-water draft vessels.

Origin Recycling and the fifty team members joining UES will bring valuable assets and locations to our operating footprint. The experienced staff, assets, and service offerings will provide instantaneous efficiencies to our customers and our business organization.
