Where your used oil goes
Much of the used oil UES collects is transported to our re-refinery in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Oil suitable for re-refining is processed into recovered base oil that can be used to make new lubricants. Keeping collection and re-refining within UES gives us a direct path from your pickup to the plant that processes the oil.
The plant processes 90 million gallons of used oil a year. The Used Oil Re-Refinery page explains the process and includes information about plant tours.
